Our story

Our history and mission

Supporting the T&I community in Florida since 2009.
The Association of Translators and Interpreters of Florida (ATIF) was incorporated in November of 2009 as a non-profit professional association. We are proud to be one of the youngest and most active chapters of the American Translators Association (ATA).

Our organization seeks to support T&I professionals as well as end-users of translation and interpreting services. We serve as a vital resource for the T&I community, bringing our members up to ten professional development events per year to facilitate continuous learning and networking.
