The American Translators Association 52nd Annual Conference is coming to a close. ATIF is making this update available to those who were not able to go and still want to stay current with developments.
Holly Mikkelson is the 2011 Gode Medal recipient. The Gode Medal is awarded in recognition of services to the profession.
Election Results:
President Elect: Caitilin Walsh
Secretary: Boris Silversteyn
Treasurer: Gabe Bokor
Directors: Lois Feuerle, Timothy Yuan and Virginia Perez-Santalla
The bylaws amendment was passed with 376 votes for and 22 against.
