Two years ago during a language conference, a community member proposed using a cartoon to teach the younger generations how to speak their native language–Lakota. With that, the four year project to produce the first fully animated cartoon series dubbed in Lakota began.
ATIF is dedicated to promoting professional recognition and growth opportunities through educational and training initiatives targeting translation and interpreting professionals in the State of Florida.
ATIF is the Florida Chapter of the American
Translators Association, with membership open
to individuals who are active in the fields of
translation and interpretation.
