Training
- A six-hour Oral Skills Building II Bootcamp (Spanish-English) will be taught by Karen Borgenheimer, MFA, on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Miami, Florida. This training program is designed to help qualified interpreters prepare for the State of Florida Court Interpreter Oral Performance Examination. Cost: $100.

Note: This workshop is not eligible for Continuing Interpreter Education credit as it is a preparatory activity for a state certification examination.
- The Ninth Judicial Circuit will hold six evening classes in Orlando, Florida during the period April 7 – April 28, 2015. This 2015 Inside the Courts is a free training opportunity that is open to everyone, and has been approved by the Court Interpreter Certification and Regulation Program for Continuing Interpreter Education (CIE) in the amount of 8.8 CIE credits (for participation at all sessions). The Continuing Education Activity Approval (CEAA) number is CEAA 15-0099. · The Ninth Judicial Circuit has a job opening for a Spanish language court interpreter. The position will be based in Orlando and Kissimmee, Florida (Orange and Osceola County).
