Said Deputy Public Prosecutor Gordon Oh: “The issue in concern is the credibility and integrity of the Korean interpreter.
“It has come to our knowledge that she was involved in the investigations leading to prosecution.”
Mr Oh added that she was later appointed court interpreter at the preliminary inquiry on Sept 6.
